Carsten Visser joined NetVEST Financial LLC in April 2025 as an Administrative & Operations Assistant, bringing with him a strong foundation in customer service and operational support. Though this is his first role in the financial services industry, Carsten approaches the opportunity with drive, dedication, and a personal commitment to upholding the high standards of service established by his grandfather, John Cartolano.
Born and raised in Arizona’s East Valley, Carsten has cultivated a versatile skill set through a diverse professional background. Prior to joining NetVEST, he gained valuable experience in roles at Porsche, Discount Tire, and several well-known restaurants throughout the region. These positions helped him develop a solid foundation in customer service, problem-solving, and team collaboration.
