What do you need to do to transition?

For us to continue servicing and managing your accounts under the new structure, we will need to complete account paperwork to move your investments with us to the new Cetera investment platform.We’ve mapped out the process below, but please do not hesitate to call us with any questions.

Out-of-State Clients

We will send the account paperwork to your address of record via FedEx. Once you receive:

  1. Please carefully review and complete the portions we have highlighted.
  2. Spaces requiring dates and signatures should be completely executed.
  3. Please take care to include all applicable signatures on joint, trust, and corporate accounts.
  4. To make the document return simple and easy, we will enclose a prepaid FedEx envelope.
  5. Please drop the sealed envelope off at any FedEx location or deposit it in any FedEx collection box. If you prefer, FedEx will pick up at your home or office. To schedule a pickup, call 1-800-GOFEDEX (1-800-463-3339).

In-State Clients

Please call us ASAP and let us know which option you prefer:

  1. We can FedEx paperwork to sign and return via FedEX
  2. We can schedule a half-hour appointment for you to sign paperwork in the office
